Who ships my order?
The maker packs and ships it. Open Purchases to see its status and tracking.
How do returns and split shipments work?
Open your order to request a return or check tracking for each parcel. A return approval does not issue a refund.
What fees do buyers and makers pay?
There are no listing fees and no seller commission on the item price.
How do I ask for help with an order?
Open Purchases, select the order, and message the maker or send a help request.
How do I start a shop?
Choose Start selling to create a shop or add selling tools to your existing account.
