Bring your Etsy listings in four steps

Import your Etsy listings as private drafts, check them, then publish. Up to 500 listings per import. New to Handfair? Set up your shop first.

    Download your listings CSV with Etsy’s export instructions.

  2. Step 2Match the fields

    In Drafts, choose Import CSV and pick what to bring across. Prices must be in USD.

  3. Step 3Check the preview

    Fix errors and duplicates, then save the rows as private drafts.

  4. Step 4Finish and publish

    Add options, shipping, policies and any digital files, then publish.

What are the import limits?

Import up to 500 rows from a CSV under 2 MB. Your shop can hold 500 listings. Map titles, descriptions, prices, stock, SKUs, tags, materials, categories and supported photo links. Use original Etsy photo links or existing Handfair media paths; other image hosts are not supported.

When you import, Handfair copies up to 8 Etsy photos into its own photo storage. Any photo past that, or one that can’t be copied, keeps its Etsy link, and the import tells you how many. Upload your originals to host those here. Buyer accounts, shipping settings and option combinations do not transfer. Convert prices to USD before importing.

What can my listings include here?

A cover and 9 gallery photos, up to 50 options with their own prices and stock, personalization, shipping rates and preparation time. You can sell PDF and ZIP downloads, and take custom requests with quotes and proofs.

Can I keep my Etsy shop too?

Yes. You can keep a separate Handfair catalog, subject to each site’s rules. Handfair does not sync Etsy inventory or orders, so split limited stock, reconcile each sale and fulfill orders where they were placed. Our multiple-marketplace guide includes a stock worksheet.
