Does asking cost anything?
No. Choosing a package, sending a request and accepting a price are all free. You pay only when you check out.
Which makers take custom orders?
Makers listed here offer packages. You can also send a request to any maker with a published shop who has custom requests turned on, unless their shop is taking a break. Each maker decides whether to quote or decline.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel your request any time before you accept a price. Once you accept, talk to the maker in the conversation before paying.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Log in to send a request, so your requests and prices stay with your account. Your draft is kept in this browser until you send it.
How do proofs and changes work?
After you pay, the maker can share a proof in the same conversation. Approve it, or ask for one of the changes your package includes.
