Policies and questions
- Returns
Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Contact me through your order to start a return. You pay return shipping, and I refund the item price once the return reaches me.
Custom and personalized orders can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or not as described.
- Cancellations
You can ask to cancel until your order ships.
- Damage
If something arrives damaged, message me through your order within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
